I am a highly experienced chartered counselling psychologist having worked for 18 years in various settings in the NHS and the third sector as well as in private practice. I have held management and board level roles in both new and established social enterprises and have been running a successful private practice since 2005. As a skilled professional trained in a wide range of approaches I can tailor my services to the specific needs of my clients, whether they are individuals, groups or organisations. This is particularly important when working with neurodiverse clients who often find traditional therapy approaches unhelpful.
Alongside traditional office based psychological therapy I offer equine assisted psychotherapy. I also provide specialist coaching for people in neurodiverse relationships, clinical supervision, professional mentoring, clinical management consultancy services and training.
